About the Privacy Policy Personal Information Collection and Use Agreement In accordance with the Information and Communications Network Act, Korea Int'l Exhibition Co., LTD. provides the following information regarding the collection and use of personal information when you apply for pre-registration or ticket reservation for the Seoul International Wines & Spirits Expo, Seoul International Wines & Spirits Expo MAGOK, or Busan International Wines & Spirits Expo. Please read the following carefully and indicate your consent. 1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information Korea Int'l Exhibition Co., LTD., the organizer of the exhibition, collects and uses visitors' personal information for the following purposes: Sending invitations to exhibitions organized by the company Providing information and services related to exhibition participation Verifying identity and age for admission Compiling visitor statistics Providing information to the Korea Exhibition Industry Institute (AKEI) for the objective verification of exhibitions, where necessary 2. Personal Information Collected 1) Items Collected General Visitors / Buyers : Name, Age, Mobile phone number, Email address, Company name, Department, Position Industry classification, Field of interest, Registration date, Access logs, Cookies, IP address Other optional information provided by the applicant 2) Collection Methods Personal information is collected through: Pre-registration or ticket reservation via the official website, On-site registration at the exhibition venue 3. Entrustment of Personal Information Processing To provide better services and improve customer convenience, Korea Int'l Exhibition Co., LTD. entrusts certain personal information processing tasks to specialized external service providers. Personal information is entrusted only to the extent necessary for the operation of each service. Consignees and Entrusted Services IMOTTO Co., Ltd. – Website management and operation Welltag Communications – Exhibition registration system operation 4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Personal information will be destroyed without delay once the purpose of its collection and use has been fulfilled. However, if retention is required under applicable laws and regulations, the information will be retained for the period prescribed by such laws. Retention Items : Name, Age, Mobile phone number, Email address, Company name, Department, Position, Industry classification, Other optional information provided by the applicant Purpose of Retention : Service improvement, Research and statistical analysis, Event planning, Providing information about future exhibitions and related events Retention Period : Five (5) years 5. Rights Personal information will be used only for the purposes agreed to by the individual providing such information. Under the Personal Information Protection Act, you have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you do not provide your consent, your admission to the exhibition may be restricted.
